I agree with you on that. Although I live in S. California, I think Women who wear socks or stockings to look elegant and shows off her legs to her advantage, especially when wearing a nice pair of heels! Her legs are wrapped in silk stockings or socks, and they seem much more classic than nothing. We have already said, but not as much as women on the East Coast.

I would say the east coast because of the weather. does not mean u can not on the West Coast. I live on the West Coast and wear tights all the time!
