MC and the respect it deserves, I do not recommend you live on a barrier island. Next call was an insurance agent on the same question, they will know your surroundings and can better advise you. But I can say from experience - life on the sea is impressive! To see the sun each day on the water mag! I love is Cape Canaveral, Florida, a Caribbean resort called Cape. We saw the sunrise, and many, many shuttle from our balcony. Remain which, if passed through a hurricane ... Of course, it was just a timeshare.
From Sorry, do not worry what others think, you know what you can afford, and be sure to save for your future. We thank you for doing your work you.
